Regulated industry forms

We also provide the following forms for the industries we regulate.

|

Use the change of address form to update your personal, residential or postal address. This applies to:

  • debt collectors and process servers
  • inbound tour operators
  • introduction agents
  • motor dealers
  • property agents
  • security providers
  • second-hand dealers and pawnbrokers.

If you're a tattoo licensee, you can only use the change of address form to update your residential postal address. You'll need to submit a tattoo industry change in particulars form to change your place of business or staff (i.e. remove or appoint tattoo artists).

If you operate a warehouse, complete a notice of storage liens form and give it to the owner of the goods—or the party with interest in the goods—you're storing. This informs them that the goods will be used as security for payment of storage charges.

Don't give this form to the person who deposited the goods with you for storage, e.g. a removalist (unless they're the owner of the goods or a party with interest in the goods).

Incorporated association and not-for-profit organisation forms

We provide these forms for incorporated associations and not-for-profit organisations.
